A group of Porsche Club Qatar members will go on a custom-made tour to Germany, accompanied by a media delegation and famous Arab social media celebrities. Participants will drive the latest high-end sports sponsor-branded cars produced by Porsche. The tour will explore Germany’s most famous cultural and industrial attractions promoting cultural exchange activities between the two countries.
“We are very pleased to host Porsche Club Qatar in Germany. This is a rather special event as both Qatar and Germany are passionate about cars, and Porsche is a name to reckon with in both countries. This is another milestone in the strengthening of relationship between the two countries, and an important event for the Qatar-German Year of Culture”, said HE Sheikh Saoud Bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Ambassador of the State of Qatar in Germany.
Every year Qatar Museums run a cultural exchange program that aims to convey Qatar to an international audience. Through a variety of exhibitions, festivals, competitions and events, the programs promote mutual understanding, recognition and appreciation between countries. They invite people to explore their cultural similarities, as well as their differences.
Within this frame, PCQ has joined hands with Porsche Clubs Worldwide to further promote this nationwide initiative across its network of more than 200,000 members around the world.
The 5-day Porsche Club Qatar Tour of Germany starts from Berlin, after which the entourage will head to Harz Mountains, Leipzig, Eisenach, Odenwald, Stuttgart, Black Forest and conclude at Ludwigsburg.
